Tech Mahindra is hiring for a project specific requirement.
Skill: SAP FICO Global Taxation Experience Range:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO module with Global Taxation, European Taxation with implementation projects experience. Location: Preferably Bangalore location, other than that we are open for PAN India Tech Mahindra Locations.
Shifts: UK- India Shift timings.
Job Specifications for Tax Product Expert / Functional Consultant
Basic Qualifications:
- Solid SAP configuration experience in: FI (GL, AP, AR), Inter Company. Solid SAP configuration experience in Tax including Input Tax, Output Tax and Withholding Tax.
- Solid SAP experience in Tax configuration in a global environment including Europe, India and Latin America.
- Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms.
- Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build, configuration and delivery to meet business requirements.
- Expert hands on experience in developing SAP solutions using configuration in FICO modules.
- Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end to end financial process and its integration points with other processes (Tax, O2C, P2P, BI etc.), acquired through multiple hands on roles in global SAP implementations.
- Knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their implications on ERP Knowledge of external and internal best practices relevant to aligned process area.
- Demonstrated ability to understand Finance Processes and their role to support business operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups
- Solution oriented and problem solving Dynamic, flexible, team player and result driven
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Preferred qualifications:
Experience on FICO modules and inter company processes
Experience with Tax engines e.g. Vertex.
Experience and knowledge of various e invoice solutions.
Experience in working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery models Experience in a FMCG commercial and manufacturing environment
Experience in a regulated environment is a plus Experience with middleware e.g. SAP PO and API technologies
Experience with SAP Solution Manager Certification in SAP Financials, S/4 HANA is a plus
