Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the LAP Sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving the banks LAP business. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, cross-selling bank products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work closely with the banks relationship teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

  • Excellent customer service orientation.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products.

  • Cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to offer tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application process.

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers loan applications.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
