Job Description
To set up and lead the business P&L account, including Product management, Business Strategy, Team, Go-to-market, Brand building, Business Development (Client acquisition, Market share growth & Alliances) and Project management.
Marketing
- Develop marketing strategy and budgets
- Product positioning and Brand building
- Content development (ideas)
- Inbound and Outbound marketing including Digital marketing, seminars, exhibitions etc.
- Lead generation through inbound and outbound activities
- Channel development
- Competitor analysis
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
- Devise and execute customer engagement strategies
Business strategy
- Define business goals and strategy in conjunction with the Stake holder
- Budget and revenue planning to maintain growth and business profitability
- Build and execute Go-to-market plan
- Build, train and drive product, marketing, sales and project management teams in line with business goals
- Review periodic performance and adjust GTM plan accordingly
- Identify new markets and segments for the offerings
- Devise offerings and pricing strategy to stay ahead of competition and industry requirements
Sales& Distribution
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
- Building and training a high performing team
- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through active collaboration within the team and other business verticals
- Build, manage and expand strategic alliances across geographies and industry segments to drive client acquisition
- Oversee Sales operations including CRM management, client meetings, product demonstrations, requirement gathering, budgetary proposals, tender submissions and order management.
Product Management
- Work closely with product team for Product road mapplanning
- Liaison with project management and sales teams to prioritize development based on need and market potential
- Oversee product development and maintain in-time product releases
Project management
- Oversee execution of new projects and support of existing customers
- Ensure maintenance of project timelines in accordance with defined SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability
- Leverage delivery team in project implementation to increase client value
- Oversee execution of on-site service projects (Asset verification & tagging) by coordinating with Services team
- Ensure timely revenue realization and achievement of targets
- Maintain healthy Y-o-Y customer retention and contract renewals
