Job Description

As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of ficial products This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the bank s digital footprint Conduct 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through:Canopy and Umbrella activitiesCold callingReferrals and open market sourcingDrive cross-selling of ficial products such as:Life Insurance (LI)General Insurance (GI)Systematic Investment Plans (SIP)Personal Loans (PL)Fixed Deposits (FD)Work within assigned geographical areas (mapped by pin code) to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards
