Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in data management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with speed and accuracy
Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency
Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Generate reports and summaries from entered data as required
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Assist in scanning, filing, and organizing physical and digital documents
Follow company procedures and data entry standards
