- Your daily missions
You lead the Data & AI architecture strategy to support business objectives and drive innovation.
You manage and develop a team of Data & AI architects, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous skills growth.
You oversee the design, implementation, and governance of data platforms and AI solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, security, and scalability.
You work closely with business units and IT teams to identify and seize opportunities for data-driven value creation and operational excellence.
You stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in Data & AI to ensure our organization remains at the cutting edge of innovation.
- Your occasional missions and/or examples of projects
You lead initiatives to implement new Data & AI platforms on Bleu and Azure, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
You actively collaborate within SAFe Agile Release Trains related to products, services, and customer journey to align Data & AI solutions with business priorities and deliver maximum value.
About you
This is a senior position requiring a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated success as a technical leader in Monitoring and Observability. A degree in IT Engineering is essential, and relevant certifications will be appreciated.
Your technical skills:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Significant experience (at least 5 years) in monitoring, observability, and SRE architecture.
- Proficiency with Splunk and BluePlanet UAA (or other industry standard monitoring and observability tools).
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Azure (preferred), GCP, AWS), microservices architectures, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data collection and monitoring protocols.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Proficient practice of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Data collection and monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow / sFlow, Syslog, REST API, Messaging bus (e.g. kafka), OpenTelemetry, etc.).
- Incident management tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
- Network services architecture (SDWAN, Cloud Connectivity, MPLS, etc.)
