Job Title: Senior Technical Architect AWS Service Cloud Voice (SVC)

Rate: USD 38/hour

Duration: 480 hours (Contract)

Experience Required: 10+ years

Location: Remote / Flexible

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda, to design and implement scalable solutions leveraging AWS Service Cloud Voice (SVC). The ideal candidate should be a hands-on coder with strong architectural skills and a proven track record in AWS-based contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end architecture for Service Cloud Voice (SVC) integrations using Amazon Connect, Lex, and Lambda.
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure AWS-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering.
• Define best practices, coding standards, and deployment guidelines for AWS voice and chatbot solutions.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed architectures.
• Conduct code reviews, technical evaluations, and architecture audits.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in AWS architecture and development.
• Strong hands-on coding experience with Amazon Lambda (Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Proven expertise in Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, and Service Cloud Voice (SVC) integration.
• Solid understanding of AWS services like API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and Step Functions.
• Experience designing and implementing voice-based automation and chatbot workflows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud integration with AWS is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience working in a customer experience/contact center domain.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, CloudFormation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.Role & responsibilities
