Job Description
Are you passionate about designing innovative CRM solutions and enabling organizations to maximize efficiency through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service? Join PreludeSys as a Technical Consultant CRM and deliver impactful solutions across customization, configuration, integrations, and mobile enablement.
What Youll Do
As a Technical Consultant at PreludeSys, you will:
- Design & Implement Solutions: Build custom solutions in Dynamics 365 Field Service using Power Platform, JavaScript, C#, plugins, and custom workflows.
- Customize Field Service: Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules within the Field Service app.
- Enhance Field Service Components: Extend and customize Work Orders, Bookings, Resources, Incidents, and Agreements.
- Mobile App Enablement: Implement and troubleshoot Field Service Mobile app customizations, including sync and offline scenarios.
- Integrations & Automation: Build integrations with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and APIs.
- Support Delivery: Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Your Skillset
Were looking for a hands-on technical consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. Must-haves include:
- Experience: 35 years in Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Dynamics 365 Field Service Customization & configuration.
- Power Apps JavaScript, Business Process Flows (BPF), Business Rules.
- Power Automate Workflow automation and system integration.
- Plugins & Custom Workflows Extension of CRM functionality.
- Azure Functions Serverless development for integrations and advanced scenarios.
- Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across Field Service and integrations.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Good to Have
- PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) or React development experience.
Certifications Required
- PL-900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals).
