What Youll Do
As a Software Engineer at PreludeSys, you will:
- Design & Optimize Dashboards: Create and refine dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to deliver actionable insights across sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Build Data Pipelines: Write and manage SQL queries, ETL scripts, and Salesforce dataflows to extract, transform, and load data from CRM systems and external sources.
- Analyze CRM Data: Track key business metrics such as conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value, and provide optimization recommendations for campaigns and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with sales, marketing, support, and data engineering teams to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with organizational goals.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot anomalies, and maintain high data quality and consistency across systems.
Your Skillset
Were looking for a data-driven engineer with strong CRM analytics expertise. Must-haves include:
- CRM Analytics Experience: 1+ years working with CRM tools, especially Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
- Dashboard Development: Ability to design intuitive, impactful dashboards and reports using Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
- SQL Expertise: Skilled in writing complex SQL queries (joins, aggregations, filtering) for reporting and data manipulation.
- ETL & Dataflows: Hands-on with ETL tools (Talend, Informatica) or Salesforce-native dataflows for managing pipelines.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience extracting and analyzing data from Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Cloud & Databases: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.
- Certifications: Salesforce CRM Analytics Certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
