Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist guests courteously at the counter or sales area.
Explain various ticket types, packages, memberships, and offers.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
Promote Playaza events, loyalty programs, and merchandise.
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.
Support customer queries and resolve minor complaints promptly.
Coordinate with the operations and customer relations teams to ensure smooth guest experience.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
Prepare basic sales and collection reports.
Follow all company policies, safety, and service standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (preferred).
