Job Description
- Greet and assist guests courteously at the counter or sales area.
- Explain various ticket types, packages, memberships, and offers.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Promote Playaza events, loyalty programs, and merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.
- Support customer queries and resolve minor complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer relations teams to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare basic sales and collection reports.
- Follow all company policies, safety, and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (preferred).
