Job Description
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
- Introduce various product offerings to customers and influence their buying n decision.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers and suggestive selling by building customer confidence.
- Provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) and ensure customer satisfaction in each sale.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Assist the customer when there is sales return
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Prepare the estimate of the products selected and complete the sales transaction.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases and billing.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach.
- Basic computer Knowledge.
- Minimum Higher Secondary /Diploma/Graduation .
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
