About the Role

We are hiring Air Ticketing Executives (International & Domestic) for our client in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems (Galileo / Amadeus) and be capable of handling end-to-end ticketing operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, ticket issuance, PNR creation, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

• Manage GDS queues and ensure accurate fare calculations.

• Work on itinerary planning for domestic and international sectors.

• Read and interpret fare rules, penalties, and airline policies.

• Issue and manage tickets for LCC (Low-Cost Carriers) as well as GDS Airlines.

• Coordinate with customers and airlines via calls and emails professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in air ticketing (domestic/international).

• Proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus (CRS/GDS systems).

• Strong knowledge of fare rules, PNR management, cancellations, and refunds.

• Experience with LCC and full-service carriers.

• Familiarity with online ticketing portals.

• Excellent communication, call, and email etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications

• IATA Certification or Diploma in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.

• Candidates who have independently handled both domestic and international ticketing will be preferred.

• Rotational Shifts (as per company requirements).
