Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales.
Handle inbound calls from customers with sales inquiries.
Explain product features and benefits convincingly.
Achieve and exceed predefined sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide high-quality customer service and follow up on sales leads.
Update customer information in the customer database.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing or similar sales roles.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
