Position : Admission counsellor /Tele-Counselor (Female/Male)

We are hiring for a leading, ISO-certified educational institution with 35 years of experience.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate

Experience in inbound/outbound calls, tele calling, BPO, ecommerce, BFSI or retail.
Excellent communication skills.

Role Summary:

As an Education Counselor, the candidate will be responsible for engaging with students and parents through outbound/inbound calls and in-person counseling sessions. The role involves identifying students academic interests and strengths, understanding their educational aspirations, and recommending appropriate courses and career paths. The counselor will also guide and encourage students to visit the nearest branch for further support and detailed consultation based on their location.
