Great opportunity with RELIANCE NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE - AGENCY RECRUITMENT & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - AGENCY CHANNEL

CTC - 2.5 LPA to 6 LPA + Incentives + Fastrack Promotion + Domestic/ International Trips

Key Responsibilities - 

Service through relationship management

• Establishing and strengthening relationship with the allocated customer base.
• Ensure retention of in his/her allocated Book of Relations." (Existing customer data base.)
• Act as single point of contact for customers for any customer query/complaint.
• Identify financial goals of customers and providing financial planning assistance.
• Competition Analysis for giving professional advice to customer.
• Fix self appointments everyday with the given customer database as per the campaign.

 

Required Candidate Profile -


Looking graduates with minimum 1 year sales experience in Life Insurance Industry.

CTC - 2.5 LPA to 6 LPA
