Key responsibilities

Dealer Onboarding and Management: Identify, recruit, and integrate car and bike dealerships into the insurance partner ecosystem.
Channel Development: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners to increase business.
Sales Enablement: Train dealership staff on motor insurance products, sales techniques, and adherence to regulations.
Performance Management: Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting and Analytics: Track key performance indicators, generate reports, and suggest strategies for improvement.
Compliance and Operations: Ensure all operations and documentation comply with regulatory standards (like IRDAI norms) and are processed efficiently.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences.
