Job Title: Relationship Manager Real Estate Sales (B2C)

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate sales team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to close deals. This role covers the entire B2C sales cycle from lead generation to site visits and final closures.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and lead generation.
Understand customer property requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.
Arrange and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
Consistently follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions and deal finalization.
Build, nurture, and maintain lasting client relationships.
Meet monthly sales targets while contributing to overall team success.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and update CRM/sales pipeline regularly.
Requirements
Minimum 1Year of field sales experience (Real estate experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits
Fluency in English and the local language preferred
