    Job Title: Customer Support Voice Process

    Location: Chennai
    Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)
    Shift: Night Shift
    Experience: Minimum 1 Year

    Job Description:

    We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our dynamic customer service team in Chennai!
    If you have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries effectively in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    Take complete ownership of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
    Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
    Demonstrate strong verbal communication and listening skills over the phone.
    Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
    Adapt quickly to process updates, tools, and product changes.

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    Education: HSC / Graduate
    Experience: Minimum 1 year in a voice process (BPO/BPM preferred)

    Skills Required:

    Excellent spoken and written English communication
    Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
    Good comprehension and problem-solving ability

    Other Requirements:

    Comfortable with Night Shifts
    Work from Office (Chennai location)
    Full-time students are not eligible
