Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.

Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Meet performance metrics such as Quality, AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), etc.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in international voice-based customer support.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

Flexible to work in rotational or night shifts.
