Job Summary:

VastuRaviraj is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Respond to inbound queries from customers via phone or email.
Provide accurate information about company services and products.
Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions.
Achieve daily / weekly targets as per management guidelines.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for client conversions.
Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and customer-oriented.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining CRM / records.
Team player with a professional attitude.
