**Key Responsibilities**
**Lesson Planning & Delivery**
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals.
- Integrate modern teaching aids such as gamification, interactive tools, and digital platforms to enhance student learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that caters to diverse learning styles and interests.
**Student Administration**
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Encourage active participation and support students in developing effective study habits.
- Monitor hygiene and address health concerns with care and diligence.
**Classroom Management**
- Create vibrant and functional learning spaces using displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers.
- Maintain professional communication with parents and provide regular feedback on student progress.
**Administrative & Policy Compliance**
- Maintain accurate and confidential school records.
- Adhere to and implement all school policies and procedures.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the coordinator.
- Conduct quarterly inventory checks of teaching aids in collaboration with the coordinator.
- Participate in professional development through workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Attend all scheduled meetings with the principal and coordinators.
- Collaborate with resource persons and other stakeholders as needed.
**Work Relations**
- Coordinate with the Principal on academic matters.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and staff for smooth functioning.
- Liaise with Admin, Finance, HR, and Technology departments for operational support.

**Qualifications**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant subject specialization
- **Experience:** Minimum 23 years of teaching experience
- **Preferred Skills:** Subject expertise, creative lesson planning, classroom management, communication, and adaptability
