Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary actions among the nursing staff.
- Manage resources and ensure adequate supply of medical materials and equipment.
- Participate in hospital administration meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
