Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Credit Manager to lead a team of credit professionals in underwriting and managing proposals for Working Capital Fice, including both fund and non-fund based products. The role involves evaluating customer proposals, structuring deals, and ensuring high-quality credit decisions within defined turnaround times. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ficials and property-related aspects, and the ability to maintain portfolio quality. The role also includes mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and implementing policies effectively at the ground level.

Manage a team of Credit Managers and oversee underwriting activities.Underwrite and prepare proposals for Working Capital Fice (fund and non-fund based).Ensure high-quality underwriting and support branch business targets through training.Conduct customer visits for personal discussions and deal structuring.Monitor portfolio quality through regular review of monitoring reports.Evaluate proposals for Home Loans and Loan Against Property.Make credit decisions within defined turnaround times (TAT).Understand property-related aspects such as legal title and market value.Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, technical, and customer service teams.Implement head office and local credit policies at the ground level.Mentor CPAs and monitor their productivity and output quality.
