Job Title: SAP MM Consultant / SAP S4HANA MM Consultant Experience: 8+ Years

Job Description:

Experience Required:

• 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in SAP procurement transformations at enterprise scale.
• Minimum 7 years of configuration experience in SAP ECC and/or S4HANA Source-to-Pay, Procurement, and Materials Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations, focusing on analytics-led business transformation.
• Integrate SAP with third-party systems like Ariba, Coupa, etc.
• Develop and review functional specifications for custom enhancements.
• Provide IT support and capability in other functional areas (Supply Chain/Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Finance) as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with internal business, technical teams, and external consultants across geographies.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• High learning agility with a transformative mindset.
• Ability to constructively challenge processes and suggest improvements.
• Formal SAP Functional module training/certification preferred.
