Job Description
We're Hiring for HR Recruiters & HR Interns at Axis Services!!
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
Working Days: Monday- Saturday (9:30 AM 6:30 PM) | Sunday Fixed Week-off. Compensation Structure:
Month 1: 10,000 (Take Home).
Post 1 Month (Performance-Based): Up to 15,000.
Post 3 Months (Performance-Based): Up to 20,000. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Post job openings and source suitable candidates.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist applicants.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates through On-boarding. Desired Skills & Attributes:

Excellent convincing and coordination abilities.
