We're Hiring: People Manager PC (with AI Skills) SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Are you a AI wizard who thrives on managing people? Join us to drive excellence and empower the next generation of people managers with AI skills! What you'll do:

Develop modules covering people management fundamentals and AI applications.
Illustrate how AI can support talent acquisition, engagement, and performance tracking.
Incorporate real-world case studies and leadership scenarios.
Collaborate with instructional designers to build interactive, learner-focused content.
Review and refine course material for accuracy and business relevance.
Record talking head videos (onsite/virtually on Zoom) for each course. You should have:
Proven experience into people management, AI, prompt engineering and cloud computing.
Understanding of AI-driven HR analytics and management tools.
Strong communication and writing skills.
