Job Description
Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote
Terms: Full Time
Experience Level: 0-2 years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Technical Recruiter (Domestic Hiring) to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).
- Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
- Screening, Shortlist resumes, Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, Follow-up.
- Handling the End -to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Level.
- Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Head hunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
- Conduct an Interview and make sure about the interest, availability, salary expectation, functional skills, Educational Qualification, job history of the candidates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Freshers with at least 6 months of internship experience in HR are also welcome.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Naukri etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
