Job Description
We are a product company looking for a UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces for our core products and internal ERP/CMS systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, developers and product managers to make the user experience simple and fun.
Your Role:
- Utilize user research to influence stakeholders and enhance product designs and strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive features from research to implementation and contribute to the UX roadmap.
- Create documentation such as storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps based on user research findings.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes that align with project requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze metrics to make data-driven decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in designing responsive mobile apps and web apps.
- Proficiency in designing low and high-fidelity interfaces using design best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Suite, InVision, Sketch, Figma (indicative, not exhaustive).
- Demonstrated ability to develop a design language that aligns with the business vision.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and understanding of technical constraints and limitations for desktop and mobile platforms, including Android and iOS.
- Experience in conducting usability studies and familiarity with usability metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an agile/scrum team.
