Knowledge: It is vital that the applicant be at least Six Sigma Green Belt certified or similar and possess experience in being able to apply the Six Sigma tools during the process analysis
The ideal candidate should be able to drive business process workshops and perform process mapping and gap analysis
Experience of having supported a Product Owner will be highly preferred
He/she should be able to bring along industry best practices of Oracle (or similar ERP) deployment in a large enterprise
Experience driving value with RPA, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, IoT and Cloud are a plus
Experience: o3+ years of driving transformation in a single function in a small-to-mid sized organization with a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation (Oracle, SAP or equivalent) from project preparation to go-live
A minimum of 2 years of experience with process mapping (as-is/to-be), gap analysis and establishment of operating models in a Finance function
Experience in any QTC or related functions (eg, Sales, Contracting, Ordering, Billing and Renewals) will carry significant weightage
Broad business development and pre-sales background is desirable
oExperience of having held an internal controls role in a single sub-function oExperience of supporting a small portfolio of 3-4 projects while managing conflicting prioritiesoFormal or informal Change Management knowledge and experience
Preferred Skills: o1+ years of Project Management experience with a Project Management qualification like Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent experience oFamiliarity with data management or data governance principles and awareness of Critical Data Elements and KPIs oSix Sigma Black Belt / LEAN or equivalent
1+ years of experience with digital business process transformation oFormal or informal Solution Design experience
Domain knowledge of the broader supply chain is a plus oExperience working in Agile projects will be an added advantage Collaborative skills: The candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Experience leading transformation workshops with at least 5 attendees within a function or across functions is essential
Communication skills: The role is required to frequently interact with senior Finance leadership (SVP and above) and it is imperative that the candidate demonstrate excellent written as well as verbal communication skills for effective presentation of both technical and non-technical information to audience from a varying background
