Back Office Executive

Process : US Process ( NIGHT SHIFT )

2 Days Fixed Off

Night Shift

We are not hiring Students ( Students please do not apply )

Fresher's with good Excel knowledge can also apply

Candidates should have :

1) Should have Good English communication

2) Should have Good computer using skills

3) Should have Proper MS Excel knowledge

4) Should have Good email writing skills

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email

Identify customer needs and help customers

Analyse and forward email to proper team / department / channel

Send follow up emails to customers

Gather customer feedback and share with concerned team

Salary Range : Rs 8500/- CTC TO Rs 15000/- CTC
