Job Description

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

Visit clients, retailers, and distributors to promote company products or services.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.

Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct regular field visits to monitor product visibility, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and performance metrics to management.

Maintain proper documentation of client meetings, follow-ups, and agreements.

Execute sales promotions, product demonstrations, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

Ensure proper branding and merchandising at retail outlets.

Collect and share market intelligence to support marketing strategies.
