Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Sales and Business Development

    • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

    • Visit clients, retailers, and distributors to promote company products or services.

    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.

    • Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

    2. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

    3. Field Visits and Reporting

    • Conduct regular field visits to monitor product visibility, competitor activities, and market conditions.

    • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and performance metrics to management.

    • Maintain proper documentation of client meetings, follow-ups, and agreements.

    4. Marketing and Promotion

    • Execute sales promotions, product demonstrations, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

    • Ensure proper branding and merchandising at retail outlets.

    • Collect and share market intelligence to support marketing strategies.
