You will assist customers with medical reimbursement queries, provide accurate information, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Handle inbound customer calls related to healthcare services.

• Provide timely and accurate information as per client guidelines.

• Resolve queries while maintaining service quality standards.

• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
