Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to achieve sales targets.
- Generate business through the bank branches by selling life/general insurance products.
- Conduct regular training sessions for branch employees on insurance products and processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the bank and the insurance company.
- Drive revenue growth and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banca Channel is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and sales negotiation abilities.
- Should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Age limit: Up to 35 years.
