Job Description

Hiring: Deputy Manager Mortgage Sales
Role: Team Leader
Experience: 35 years (Minimum 5 years in HL/LAP preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a mortgage sales team
Handle geography mapping and performance audits
Manage and promote products including Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage
Maintain strong relationships with sources and partners
Conduct joint calls, daily huddles, and weekly reviews
Recruit and manage channel partners
Coordinate with the credit team on loan applications

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with a strong sales mindset
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
5+ years experience in Home Loan, LAP, or Mortgage sales preferred
