Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international customers' emails, chats, and non-voice requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Utilize strong English typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to process customer interactions accurately and quickly.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing emails, chats, and other forms of communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate matters when necessary.

Eligibility criteria:

HSC pass are welcome for the interview
Graduation- Only non tech background candidates are eligible
Decent communication skills in English is required
Should be comfortable in night shifts, 24*7 rotational environment

Interested candidate can directly go for walkin drive on 27th October (Monday)from 3pm onwards Write "LPT-HR Shaeesta" on cv for reference
