Role Key Responsibilities / KRAs
Position- Shift In charge
- Lead and manage
shift operations effectively.
- Ensure warehouse processes run smoothly and meet SLA/TAT
requirements.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Oversee daily activities: receiving, storage, dispatch, and
documentation.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain MIS reports and daily operational summaries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage vendor performance and relationships.
- Prepare and share departmental reports internally and with the
customer.
- Ensure no deviation in operational processes.
Leadership, Decision Making, SAP/ERP Understanding, Communication, Problem Solving, Safety Awareness
Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Shift efficiency and productivity - Zero deviation from SLA - Timely and accurate MIS reporting - Safety compliance and audit scores
2-Position- Supervisor (Inbound)
- Manage inbound
material receiving and documentation.
- Perform GRN, MIGO, and SAP Gate Pass entries.
- Cross-verify documents and raise shortage/damage reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Prepare daily inbound and GRN reports.
- Meet daily SLA, TAT, and KPI targets.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure SAP entries are error-free and updated timely.
SAP (MM Module), Documentation, Team Management, Analytical Skills, Time Management
- GRN accuracy - SLA/TAT adherence - Inbound process compliance - Manpower utilization efficiency
3 Position- OB Supervisor (Outbound)
- Manage outbound
dispatch operations.
- Create gate entry/out passes in SAP.
- Cross-verify packed material against packing list and invoice.
- Generate delivery IDs, e-invoices, and e-way bills in SAP.
- Ensure timely order dispatch and documentation.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports.
- Lead the outbound team to meet SLAs and delivery targets.
