Job Overview: We're looking for a motivated International Voice Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service to international clients, primarily through voice support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support through voice, assisting with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and first-call resolution.
• Stay updated on product details and services to offer accurate information and effective solutions.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in BPO/voice process roles are welcome to apply
• Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (undergraduates are eligible)
• Strong verbal communication skills in English are Mandatory.
• Willingness to work in night shifts
