Job Description

We are hiring for a leading Manufacturer, Supplier of Chips , Potato Chips, Masala Potato Chip


Role & responsibilities


  • Daily Operations & Sales Execution:

  • Identify and open new stores in the beat area.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow the route and visit all stores as per the beat plan.
  • Mark attendance in the software every day without fail

  • In-Store Execution:

  • Ensure the products are placed in all assigned stores.
  • Ensure timely order-taking and payment collection.
  • Ensure proper placement of POSM materials (hangers, posters, danglers).
  • Communicate promotions and offers effectively to retailers.

  • Relationship & Market Development:

  • Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Be alert to competitor activity and provide timely feedback to the Sales Officer.
  • Provide insights from the market to improve sales and visibility.

  • Reporting & Compliance:

  • Track and improve daily productivity (number of bills cut).
  • Ensure returns and damages are properly recorded in the
  • Attend scheduled monthly team meetings.
  • Adhere to company policy, compliance, and discipline.
