Location: Mahadevpuram, Bangalore
Shift: UK Shift
Transport: 2-Way Cab Provided

Salary Details:

• Freshers: 23,000 Take Home
  
• Experienced (Min 1 Year): Up to 29,000 Take Home
  

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / 2nd PUC
  
• Graduates can apply
  
• Degree-pursuing students are not eligible
  
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
  

Work Details:

• 5 Days Working
  
• 2 Rotational Offs
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls related to banking queries.
  
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
  
• Update and document customer interactions in the system.
  
• Meet quality and performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
