Role & responsibilities
We are looking for International Tour Manager to join our dynamic team Our Travel Consultants provide exceptional service to corporate and leisure travelers, ensuring that their trip is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. The successful candidate will be an organized, friendly, and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about helping clients get the most out of their travel experience. They will be a team player with a desire to be part of a successful travel business
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry, along with excellent customer service skills.
They should also have a strong understanding of the travel industry, including airline reservations, hotel bookings, car rental, and reimbursement processes.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Organizing Tours: The primary responsibility is to plan and organize tour itineraries, considering factors such as destination, duration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities.
Client Communication: Interacting with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations regarding the tour.
Coordination: with various vendors including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and activity providers to secure bookings and ensure seamless logistics during the tour.
Destination Knowledge: Having a good understanding of the destinations included in the tour, including their culture, history, attractions, and local customs. Providing guidance and recommendations to clients to enhance their travel experience.
Budget Management: Managing budgets for tours, ensuring that expenses are kept within the allocated budget while maintaining the quality of services provided.
Emergency: Being prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations during the tour.
