Job Description
Role & responsibilities
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and campus hiring.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates communication skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for various accounts and departments (voice, non-voice, technical, customer support, etc.).
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring source effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy laws during recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Stay updated on BPO market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
