Help leadership meet corporate and program level retention goals, while being a company ambassador that ensures an exceptional level of employee experience
Be flexible, as function and responsibilities will change as corporate engagement programs for our campuses evolve
Be trustworthy and set the tone for employees on-site, helping them to be engaged, motivated and successful
Collaborate with corporate and on-site teams with their unique engagement needs and goals
Support leadership in gathering employee feedback for their campus, host focus groups, distribute online surveys and establish other corporate employee feedback channels
Work with other on-site and remote Campus Employee Experience Coordinators, and Employee Experience leadership to achieve goals and efficiency
Be a brand ambassador and communication hub for all employees on-site while keeping an overall pulse of the campus
Assist in planning and facilitating corporate events
Support leadership in prioritizing overlapping projects and initiatives, ensuring clear expectations are set
Communicate frequently and transparently with site and corporate leaders
As an Employee Experience Coordinator, You Have
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills must be able to multitask and prioritize
The ability to implement change and innovation
Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
Motivation to help others thrive at work and maintain a positive attitude
The ability to adapt as functions and responsibilities change
A creative and outgoing personality
