Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Payable & Receivable
Location : Head Office, Colaba
Department: Finance & Accounting
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Process, verify, and post vendor invoices in SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strong understanding of vendor codes, cost centres, and profit centres
- Perform regular vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage payment cycles, ensuring timely vendor payments and adherence to company policies.
- Post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Record and reconcile customer payments and receipts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4to 5 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP .
- Strong understanding of vendor codes, cost centres, and profit centres.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
