Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Payable & Receivable

Location : Head Office, Colaba

Department: Finance & Accounting

Roles & Responsibilities :

Process, verify, and post vendor invoices in SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
Strong understanding of vendor codes, cost centres, and profit centres
Perform regular vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Manage payment cycles, ensuring timely vendor payments and adherence to company policies.
Post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
Record and reconcile customer payments and receipts.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4to 5 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP .
Strong understanding of vendor codes, cost centres, and profit centres.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
