Job Description
- Plan all security protocols and monitoring systems for access control.
1.1. Ensure streamlined movement in the premises and parking areas
1.1.1.Vehicle management/ Hiring a vendor for parking management
2.Manage vendors in charge of parking
1.2. Maintain continuous Liaison with the law enforcing/Civil/Licensing agencies for the smooth functioning of the Hospital
1.2.1.Intimation of medico legal cases to the nearest police authority.
2. Liaison with police & traffic police
1.3. Exercise proper Access and Asset control through proper Man-Material management and Gate Pass System
1. Responsible for key management
- Manage and provide Training as required for security guards and induct other employees on security norms
- Develop and implement protocols for dealing with fire hazards
- Ensure correct Death documentation as per statutory requirements
- Plan all security protocols and monitoring systems for access control
- Inter department co-ordination for day-to-day complaints from operation
- To ensure material/ assets are physically verified while coming in & going out of the premises. Maintenance of In/ Out inventory control register.
- To take regular rounds of the premises & ensure security measures are adhered.
- Ensure regulation of attendants / visitors flow.
- Vigilance & maintenance of industrial relations in the hospitals
- VIP patients security
- Coordinate in Medico legal cases so that there are no abnormal hold ups for patient care due to legal issues.
- Look out for and control untoward incidences.
- Generating MIS.
- Ambulance maintenance and operations.
- Integration of technology for security
- Disaster Management - Creation of emergency response team & SOPs, Drills
- Contract for security for Hospital & nursing hostel.
- Any other job assigned by concerned seniors.
