Job Description
Your Impact:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to design, implement, and manage robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines usingGitLabCI and otherDevOps tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC),cloud platforms(AWS,GCP, Azure), andautomation techniquesto streamline deployment andinfrastructure management. This role requires expertise inTerraform,Ansible,Kubernetes, andPythonto enhance operational efficiency and security.
What the role offers:
- Define and lead the architectural vision for Helm-based installers and upgrade frameworks forKubernetesapplications.
- Design and optimize Helm charts to streamline installation, upgrades, and rollbacks.
- Establish best practices forKubernetes-baseddeployments, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies in theKubernetesecosystem.
- Oversee security, compliance, and performance considerations in installation and upgrade processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers in the Helm/Kubernetesdomain.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment and upgrade issues.
- Stay up to date withemerging trendsand advancements inKubernetes, Helm, and cloud-native technologies.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelors or Masters degree incomputer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 to 9years of experience insoftware engineeringorDevOps/CD.
- Strong understanding onCloud Platforms:AWS, Azure,GCP,OpenShift
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such asTerraform,Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Hands on experience withCICDpipelines, GitOps mythologies andautomation framework.
- DevOps Tools:GitLabCI/CD, ArgoCD/FluxCD, Helm, Maven, NodeJs, JFrogArtifactory,SonarQube
- DataBase: Postgres
- Experience in Monitoring C Logging tools like Prometheus,Grafana.
- Automation C Scripting: Shell Script,Python
- Deep knowledge of security, networking, andperformance optimizationinKubernetesenvironments.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
