Job Description
Paras Health, Panchkula is seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and manage the overall security operations of the hospital. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors, and hospital assets while maintaining compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train the security team to ensure round-the-clock vigilance.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Handle incident reports and ensure timely resolution of security issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Ex-Defence/Paramilitary background preferred.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in security management (preferably in healthcare or large organizations).
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
