Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Capital Markets Domain
Role Expectations:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project or program deliverables, often involving multiple teams.
- Manage communication, risk, compliance, and provide visibility into deliverable health and progress.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
- Facilitate delivery routines, stakeholder meetings, status updates, and support dependency and risk management.
- Promote collaboration, align execution with requirements, ensure compliance with standards, and support resource planning as an individual contributor.
Required Skills:
- Hybrid PM/BA experience with at least 3 years in similar roles and a minimum 4-year degree; strong presentation skills and a commanding presence are essential.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer goals and active participation in developing and implementing business solutions.
- Experience coordinating multiple functional teams, managing scope control, developing documentation, and monitoring/reporting project status and performance.
- Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships, analyze project status, and ensure quality of services and deliverables.
- Skilled in cross-project collaboration, resource direction, obstacle removal, and contingency planning to achieve business objectives.
