We are hiring a Senior Travel Consultant Backoffice for our International Travel division. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS and handling international travel processes. This is a backoffice, non-customer-facing role focused on reservations, ticketing, and fare management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end international reservations using Amadeus GDS.
- Process ticketing, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
- Work on Expedia / International travel backoffice tasks with accuracy.
- Provide best fare options, itinerary planning, and alternative routing.
- Ensure SLA adherence, zero-error booking, and documentation quality.
- Support internal teams with travel operations and backend workflow.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Amadeus experience is mandatory (Minimum 1 year).
- Must have experience in International Travel Process.
- Strong knowledge of international airfares, fare rules, and airline policies.
- Excellent written communication & analytical skills.
- Ability to work on backoffice travel operations with accuracy.
Candidate Criteria:
- Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
- Knowledge of Sabre / Galileo is an added advantage.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (if applicable).
Education:
- Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
- Candidates with strong relevant experience may also apply.
