Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or procedures.
- Record detailed notes of customer interactions in the call management system.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines while maintaining a personalized and empathetic approach.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies, data protection regulations, and confidentiality standards.
